Recettes animées,
cuisine décalée

english below

Motion Kitchen,
quirky cooking

BEAU is a lifestyle magazine committed to a sustainable and desirable future. In its cooking section, personalities share their favourite recipes, brought to life in print and on social media.

For Ich&Kar, I create the layouts and animations for several of these recipes, building on the Dada-inspired aesthetic and playful tone conceived by the studio. Through collage and the reinterpretation of historical engravings, cooking instructions become animated graphic narratives, blending humour with unexpected associations.

On 5 September 2026, the magazine celebrated its fourth anniversary with “Rêve Party” at the Gaîté Lyrique. For the occasion, we brought all sixteen recipes together in an immersive installation, extending this editorial universe on a grand scale.
